Slippery SAE - now even slippier

Changelog stuff

• The fish are now a Shawawofi reference (they look better)
• Added clearer UI, with visible health bars and charge bars
• Added a score counter
• Added sound, alongside an amazing soundtrack by me (it's amazing)
• Clarified and changed controls
• Turned the blocky levels into beautified, lit, smooth ones
• Fish can no longer clip through walls
• Jump and water power charge faster, but have a maximum value
